amazing rooms comfortable rooms turn down team
i found the room very super clean. turn down team left chocolates each night on the pillow. the rooms were amazing and so comfortable.
the restaurant dinner had a very limited menu.

the superior king room was very spacious. i appreciated the high-quality bedding and large fluffy towels. housekeeping kept everything super clean. I really appreciated that.
i wish there was a winterized solution for the rooftop bar. the views are lovely! it would be very nice to enjoy them year-round.

The location is convenient with easy access to transportation. The train station is a short walk away. a hop-on and off bus stop is also nearby. It really made getting around easy. i loved exploring the surroundings.

The staff was cute and polite. peter were great too ensure everything ran smoothly! his professional approach really added a personal touch to my stay. It was superb. i would go back anytime.

Acceptable, but with Definite Drawbacks
arrogant staff no room change
The hotel's location allowed for easy access to the city.
The arrogance of the staff, especially David, the night manager, was infuriating. As hotel guests, we could not eat at the fully booked restaurant, even though we wanted to dine there the following day. We got a room under the restaurant and, from 7 a.m., sleeping was impossible. I asked to change rooms, but staff claimed they were fully booked, even though I could reserve other rooms online.

A nice stay
thoughtful touches complimentary drink valentine chocolates generous staff
i loved the thoughtful touches provided by the hotel. a complimentary drink was available upon arrival. valentine's chocolates were in my room, a pleasant surprise. the staff allowed me to use the spa after checkout, which i found quite generous.
the bar closed relatively early, at 10:30pm, even on weekends. this felt limiting.

Really good Accommodations and Service
private car helpful staff
I found the hotel staff consistently helpful, arranged a private car when I wanted to see the Parliament building at night! The front desk team provided immediate assistance. The overall ambiance was good. The hotel features clean rooms adding positively to my stay.
I experienced an issue with the rooftop bar since it was closed . This detail was only discovered upon arrival. A Frame signs advertised it in front of the lifts giving an impression it was open. Clarification on seasonal availability would be beneficial!

The front desk was very helpful arranging transportation and answering questions. They catered to every need with efficiency. Staff members provided information and ensured requests were handled promptly. The service was excellent and personalized.
