The location is convenient with easy access to transportation. The train station is a short walk away. a hop-on and off bus stop is also nearby. It really made getting around easy. i loved exploring the surroundings.

The hotel's location allowed for easy access to the city.
The arrogance of the staff, especially David, the night manager, was infuriating. As hotel guests, we could not eat at the fully booked restaurant, even though we wanted to dine there the following day. We got a room under the restaurant and, from 7 a.m., sleeping was impossible. I asked to change rooms, but staff claimed they were fully booked, even though I could reserve other rooms online.

i loved the thoughtful touches provided by the hotel. a complimentary drink was available upon arrival. valentine's chocolates were in my room, a pleasant surprise. the staff allowed me to use the spa after checkout, which i found quite generous.
the bar closed relatively early, at 10:30pm, even on weekends. this felt limiting.

I found the hotel staff consistently helpful, arranged a private car when I wanted to see the Parliament building at night! The front desk team provided immediate assistance. The overall ambiance was good. The hotel features clean rooms adding positively to my stay.
I experienced an issue with the rooftop bar since it was closed . This detail was only discovered upon arrival. Clarification on seasonal availability would be beneficial!
